Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These terms form an agreement between you and Goodwill Osabuase ("we", "us", "our"), the seller of the digital ebooks Rewire Your Mind, The Abundance Attraction and The Complete Collection bundle, sold through this website (the "Service"). You can reach us at support@goodwillabundance.app.
1. Acceptance
By buying, downloading or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement, and that where you are buying on behalf of an organisation you have authority to bind it. Please keep the information you give us accurate and up to date, and keep your download links and access emails confidential — you are responsible for activity carried out through them.
2. What you receive
Each purchase is a one-time payment for instant digital download of the ebook or bundle you selected, in PDF form. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the material for your own personal use.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive, including spam;
- copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share the ebooks, in whole or in part, or infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — no malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits or access controls;
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Service.
4. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the Service and all intellectual property in it, including the ebook text, illustrations, worksheets, exercises, website content and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, email us at the address above and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeated infringement by a user ends their access.
5. No professional advice
The ebooks are educational and personal-development material. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or psychological advice, and nothing in them is a recommendation to make any particular financial or life decision. Mindset work only matters alongside your own action and judgement. Results vary from person to person and we do not promise any specific outcome, income or result. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.
6. Service level
We work to keep the site and download links available, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Payment, billing and refunds
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are one-time payments — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations such as redistributing the ebooks. Where access ends, download links stop working; sections that by their nature survive (intellectual property, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or anticipated savings. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these terms.
11. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
